About The Position

We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Daycare Floater to join our team. If you love working with children and enjoy a dynamic and ever-changing workday, this role is perfect for you! As a Daycare Floater, you will be our go-to superhero, stepping in wherever and whenever needed. You will have the unique opportunity to work with children of all ages, from infants to preschoolers, ensuring that every classroom runs smoothly and every child feels supported and engaged. In this role, you will assist lead teachers in various classrooms, providing support with lesson plans, activities, and daily routines. You will interact with children through play, storytelling, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities, fostering a fun and educational environment. Your adaptability will be key as you quickly adjust to different classroom settings and age groups, bringing your energy and enthusiasm to each new challenge. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, ensuring the well-being of all children. Collaboration with teachers and staff is essential to create a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere, and you will also assist in communicating with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's day and addressing any concerns.
