About the position

The Floating Deli Trainer is responsible for training new kitchen managers and filling in for low-staffed kitchens within the Northern District. This role ensures adherence to BlueSky processes and provides ongoing training and support to kitchen staff. The position involves travel to various locations and requires effective communication with the Food Director.

Responsibilities

• Training new kitchen managers in the Northern District
• Filling in for low-staffed kitchens
• Following all BlueSky processes including planograms, build to sheets, recipes, and schedules
• Covering kitchen manager vacations
• Conducting store refreshers by week for ongoing training
• Reporting to the Food Director with questions and comments

Requirements

• Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed
