About the position

The position at Trinity Property Consultants involves assisting in a management capacity within a portfolio of real estate properties. The role requires extensive travel to various properties nationwide to support day-to-day operations and management activities, with a focus on achieving high occupancy levels and maximizing net operating income through effective cost control and collections efforts. The ideal candidate will lead a high-quality on-site team, implement company policies, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in management capacity within a portfolio of real estate properties.
  • Travel to assigned properties, including out-of-state locations, to support daily operations.
  • Achieve the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and collections efforts.
  • Maintain high occupancy levels and develop marketing plans based on market conditions.
  • Prepare and provide operational and financial data to the Regional Manager in a timely manner.
  • Manage and train the on-site team to fulfill their highest potential.
  • Implement company policies and procedures as outlined in the manuals.
  • Lead daily/weekly team meetings to inspire and direct the team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee maintenance team performance and ensure efficient operations and high-quality services.
  • Ensure all physical aspects of the property are operational and safe.
  • Schedule vendors to keep vacant units ready for occupancy.
  • Conduct regular inspections of grounds, buildings, and apartment units.
  • Complete and analyze market surveys.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year's experience as a Property Manager in the Multifamily Industry.
  • High school education or equivalent is required.
  • Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions and use on-site resident management software.

Nice-to-haves

  • CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA Certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of software programs such as Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check.
