About the position

The Floating Leasing Consultant at Global Integrity Realty Corporation is responsible for general leasing activities and supporting the Property Manager in all operational aspects. This role requires flexibility to float throughout Hollywood and engage with potential residents in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease available apartments.
• Post and monitor ads daily.
• Answer the telephone and practice professional leasing techniques.
• Understand the market area where the community is located and stay updated on market conditions.
• Keep accurate records of resident and property activities.
• Process applicants' paperwork including applications, proof of income, credit, and background checks, following company policies and procedures.
• Conduct move-in for new residents.
• Collect and record rents and deposits.
• Comply with Fair Housing Laws.
• Perform any and all functions as requested by the Community Manager.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Minimum 2 years prior leasing experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.
• 2+ years experience in property management, preferably at larger properties.
• Experience with Yardi or industry-related software is a strong plus.
• Marketing savvy and proficient in MS Word and Excel.
