The Collier Companies is seeking a Floating Property Manager to join our team! This is an on-site role, reporting out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville, which offers beautiful natural areas, a temperate climate, and tremendous educational, cultural, and commercial opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Travel to support multiple locations as needed, with 50% travel required.
  • Direct, motivate, and inspire a large team of leasing professionals.
  • Lead and mentor team members to perform to the TCC level of excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to TCC curb appeal standards and maintain a great eye for detail.
  • Summarize and communicate financial plans and results effectively.
  • Foster creative ideas to increase ancillary income and manage floor plans confidently.
  • Commit to TCC culture and support ongoing learning and development within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful community manager at a 250+ front door count community.
  • Minimum of 9 months experience at the current community.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to role model and lead team members.
  • Strong understanding of financial plans and ability to communicate results effectively.
  • Dedication to leading, mentoring, and developing a large leasing team.
  • Strong technical skills with Entrata and Excel.
  • Proven track record of meeting customer service expectations and enhancing reputation.
  • Strong understanding of TCC lease and policies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in asset management and service aspects of a community preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to communicate effectively to multiple audiences.
