About the position

The Floating Relationship Banker position at F.N.B. Corporation is designed for individuals to develop proficiency in consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through greeting customers and identifying their service and product needs.
• Leverages sales leads and conducts outbound calling to make appropriate recommendations for bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporates FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Inputs and maintains effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB approved branch technology.
• Completes and manages the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Performs routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures.
• Serves as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily risks as required by F.N.B. Corporation's risk management program.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0 years of job-related experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to use a personal computer and job-related software.
• Basic level proficiency in MS Word, intermediate level in MS Excel, and basic level in MS PowerPoint.
• Experience in a related position is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and services is required.
• Sales and customer service skills are essential.

Nice-to-haves

• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
