Kohler Credit Union is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Floating Teller/Member Service Representative (MSR). The role involves providing exceptional service to members primarily at the Saukville branch, with travel to additional branches as needed. The MSR will process financial transactions, identify member needs, and recommend suitable financial products, all while maintaining a focus on service excellence and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with members by offering friendly and professional service at all times.
• Meet performance objectives centered on accuracy, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
• Accurately process financial transactions and manage cash handling securely.
• Adhere to operational procedures and security protocols to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with members and colleagues via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Adapt to a variety of roles and responsibilities, including traveling between different branches.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge for career advancement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong basic math and computer skills.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous; cash handling experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation for traveling between branch locations.
