Responsibilities

• Prep and install flooring according to company procedures with high attention to detail.
• Keep tools organized and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Understand the scope of work and familiarize yourself with the project file before arrival.
• Properly handle company machinery and power tools.
• Complete simple math calculations and understand units of measurement.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner, ensuring trustworthiness in their homes.
• Ensure high-quality company standards are met at all times.
• Work to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction with every job.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in flooring installation.
• Valid driver's license and functioning vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience with repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking, and lifting.
