About the position

The Floor Manager at AllSaints is responsible for supporting the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional brand experience. This role involves overseeing in-store operations, leading the stylist team, and ensuring that customer service standards are met both in-store and online. The Floor Manager plays a crucial role in creating a community around the AllSaints brand and ensuring that the store reflects the brand's values and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

  • Support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating the team.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store and online customer service.
  • Oversee and provide leadership to stylist team members handling customer queries.
  • Work with customer experience team leaders to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
  • Ensure products are showcased well and follow display guidelines.
  • Accountable for day-to-day store operations and team deployment.
  • Manage people matters including performance and attendance management.
  • Create and implement floor plans and staff rotas.
