About the position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Floor Sales Representative to join our team at Top Quality Flooring. This role focuses on delivering exceptional flooring solutions for new construction and renovation projects, including Multi-Family and Commercial projects across the nation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Assist in preparing and submitting bids for flooring projects.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (2+ years preferred), preferably in flooring, construction, or a related field.
• Some understanding of flooring products and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
