About the position

The Floor Staff & Party Managers position at BounceTag involves working in an indoor play park facility, focusing on providing a fun and safe environment for children and their families. The role requires a friendly demeanor, a great attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours, particularly on weekends. Staff will be responsible for monitoring activities, managing party events, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor kids' activities in bounce house and play park areas.
• Collect payments at the front desk and complete child check-in process.
• Assist in various areas of the facility including concessions, LaserTag, and prize redemption.
• Complete opening and closing procedures including cleaning all areas of the building.
• Serve or make food and assist in each party's time schedule for a successful event.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must have a great attitude and be friendly, especially towards kids.
• Ability to work at least one weekend day or night is required.
• Willingness to obtain a Food Handlers license (paid for by the company).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours during weekdays and weekends.
