About The Position

The Floor Staff position at Regal Cinemas involves providing exceptional service to guests in various roles such as Box Office, Concession Stand, or Usher. Requirements

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Completion of any legally required state or local training for selling/serving alcohol if applicable.
• Good public speaking skills and effective listening abilities.
• Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
• Strong problem identification and reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage crowd control.

Responsibilities

• Operating the POS system in the Box Office and ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
• Upselling and promoting the Premium Viewing Experience and Regal Crown Club program.
• Ensuring compliance with MPAA rating system when selling tickets.
• Responding to guest inquiries in line with the guest service philosophy.
• Operating the POS system in the Concession Stand and managing concession stock inventory.
• Complying with food safety laws and ensuring alcohol certification is current where applicable.
• Tearing tickets and directing patrons to their auditoriums as an Usher.
• Conducting in-theatre inspections to maintain quality and safety.
• Cleaning auditoriums and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the theatre.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
