• Assist and support the Store and Assistant Manager in all aspects of the store operations.
• Direct and motivate the store team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Maximize associate productivity and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store associates.
• Communicate performance metrics and business needs to the team during meetings.
• Manage inventory processes, including receiving shipments and following shrinkage improvement programs.
• Maintain store security and safety awareness.
• Participate in management meetings and assist in scheduling and staffing needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify business needs.
• Experience in training and developing team members.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
