About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and customer service, with the ability to lead a team effectively while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the sales floor, managing staff, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the sales floor team to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff members in areas such as product knowledge, customer service techniques, and sales strategies.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members to build a strong workforce.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability for customers.
  • Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures.

Requirements
