As a Floor Maintenance Technician at 4M Building Solutions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hard surfaces and carpets in various client buildings and facilities. While some floor care experience is suggested, it is not a strict requirement as we provide comprehensive training on our proven processes. Responsibilities

• Overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities.
• Timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule.
• Proper care of floor machinery.
• Ability to anticipate and recommend floor care needs.
• Promote a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year floor experience.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily work.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
