About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities. This part-time position requires the candidate to perform a variety of floor care tasks, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning, floor care, buffing, and other related tasks
• Execute custodial duties to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Conduct commercial cleaning activities in accordance with established protocols
• Provide environmental services to maintain hygienic conditions
• Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to achieve desired results

Requirements

• Previous experience in floor care and maintenance is preferred
• Knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning procedures
• Ability to operate buffing machines and other cleaning equipment effectively
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Understanding of environmental service standards and best practices
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
