About the position

The Flooring Project Coordinator at USIG is responsible for overseeing the flooring installation process from start to finish. This office-based role requires extensive knowledge of flooring and excellent customer service skills to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Phone, Email and Text interaction with our retail partner, installers, and customers
• Schedule installations and confirm appointments with customers
• Monitor and track installations and service calls
• Solve customer problems and issues
• Communicate and guide installers in the field to ensure a quality project

Requirements

• Intermediate computer skills
• Experience in solving customer issues
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have dependable transportation
• 2+ years flooring installation or construction experience required
• Ability to adapt to a wide range of people and needs to communicate effectively

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
