Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Assist in the negotiation of sales terms and conditions to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout through effective stocking and merchandising techniques.
• Participate in store remodeling projects as needed, ensuring a fresh and inviting shopping experience.
• Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to foster a positive shopping atmosphere.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear communication with customers.
• Familiarity with Sketchup or similar design software is a plus for assisting customers with product layouts or designs.
• Ability to demonstrate effective account management skills when handling customer inquiries or concerns.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
