About the position

The Table Games Supervisor oversees the daily operations of casino table games, ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations. This role involves training and monitoring table games dealers, promoting a Family Style Service model, and maintaining high standards of service and performance within the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervises table games employees during daily casino operations.
• Trains and counsels table games dealers on performance and conduct.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and NJCCC gaming regulations.
• Monitors the performance of table games dealers to uphold service standards.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to five years of experience as a casino games dealer required.
• One year of experience as a table games supervisor required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of casino games and operations.
• Excellent observation and supervisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive computer knowledge.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and respective gaming regulations.
