About the position

The Floorwalker/Cashier/Caller position at Golden Eagle Casino involves performing sales functions for guests, managing payouts for winners, and accurately recording all sales within the Bingo Hall. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, adherence to regulatory policies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales functions for guests and manage payouts for winners.
• Accurately record all sales within the Bingo Hall.
• Assist with the setup of the Bingo hall, including preparing bingo paper and cleaning tables.
• Perform funds transfers with the Paymaster.
• Handle cash transactions with guests accurately and professionally.
• Set up the cashiering window for each session appropriately.
• Count packets and money assigned to the area and document accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secured work station at all times.
• Assist with cleanup after Bingo sessions, including sanitizing tables and disposing of trash.
• Actively walk the Bingo floor to assist guests with purchases and verify winning bingos.
• Ensure proper payouts of cash prizes to guests and understand Bingo rules and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of comparable previous work experience, particularly in public-facing roles and cash handling.
• Good customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
