• Handle transactions using Point of Sale (POS) system and Square
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and seasonal offerings

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in floral design
• Minimum of 4 years experience in retail sales
• Strong ability to sell products and services
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently
• Knowledge of different types of flowers and plants, including care instructions
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Hartford, CT
