We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design and customer service, with the ability to create stunning arrangements that meet our clients' needs. This role requires an artistic eye, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral selections and offering expert advice on design choices.
• Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using floral POS systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery and setup of floral orders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in floral design is required; previous retail experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are an advantage.
• A creative mindset with the ability to adapt designs based on client preferences and trends.
