About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience in floral design and retail sales

• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle cash and perform retail math accurately

Responsibilities

• Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate floral designs and provide recommendations based on their preferences and budget
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and retail merchandise
• Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers and ensure they are properly cared for
• Process customer orders and operate the cash register for sales transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
• Keep the floral department clean and organized
