About the position

The Flower Cart Sales Associate at French Buckets is responsible for promoting and selling luxury floral arrangements at kiosks in Newport Beach and Costa Mesa. This role requires a motivated and energetic individual who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for floral design. The associate will manage inventory, maintain a visually appealing cart, and ensure excellent customer service while processing orders and keeping the workspace clean.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell flowers and products to customers at the kiosk.
• Assist clients in selecting arrangements for special occasions such as weddings and birthdays.
• Manage inventory and maintain a visually appealing cart/kiosk.
• Process orders using Square.
• Maintain a clean and professional workstation.
• Handle flowers and products, including lifting and moving items between 10 lbs to 50 lbs.
• Ensure freshness of arrangements and replace portions that do not meet quality expectations.
• Sweep and keep the work area clean.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in retail sales.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on floral product knowledge.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
