About the position

The Flower Trim & Sort Technician II is responsible for executing precise flower trimming and sorting operations in accordance with established standard operating procedures and quality standards. This role emphasizes outstanding customer service and collaboration with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees by exceeding the mission statement.
• Deliver a Five Star Experience to guests and team members by embodying the mission statement and service promise.
• Execute precise flower trimming and sorting operations according to established SOPs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Flower Trim & Sort Lead to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals.
• Implement and adhere to quality control measures to ensure consistent quality of trimmed and sorted flowers.
• Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to the Flower Trim & Sort Lead.
• Trim the final product for multiple flower brands.
• Keep documented logs and notes of product metrics to help the Grow Team understand crop performance.
• Complete work per the schedule and strive to increase productivity through collaborative workflow.
• Assist in harvesting, trimming, de-leafing, trellising, and moving of plants.
• Inspect finished products for quality.

Requirements
