About The Position

The Regional Property Manager will oversee the management of affordable housing units in the Fayetteville/Raleigh, NC area, focusing on preserving and enhancing the quality of housing. This role requires a strong background in property management, particularly in mobile home parks, and fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse tenants and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (Required)
  • 3 years of experience in property management (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
