We are looking for passionate Flutter coding instructors to teach project-based K-12 students in after-school programs, weekend workshops, and camps. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about mobile app development and are eager to share their knowledge with students. While professional experience in Flutter development is not mandatory, candidates should possess a willingness to learn and effectively communicate with students. The academy provides bootstrap training for qualified candidates, making it accessible for those who may not have extensive experience in Flutter or mobile development. Instructors will be responsible for leading weekly project-based Flutter classes, guiding students through the process of publishing their apps on Google Play or the Apple Store, and contributing to the development of the Flutter curriculum and app prototyping. The academy maintains a low teacher-student ratio (approximately 1:1 or 1:3) to ensure that students receive personalized attention and support throughout their learning journey. This structure allows instructors to foster meaningful relationships with their students, enhancing the overall educational experience. In this role, instructors will not only teach coding but also inspire the next generation of programmers. They will have the opportunity to enrich their resumes with published applications in the Apple Store and Google Play, while also improving their communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics for students. The position offers a flexible schedule that can accommodate the availability of instructors, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to balance work with other commitments.
