We are looking for passionate Flutter coding instructors to teach project-based K-12 students in after-school programs, weekend workshops, and camps. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about mobile app development and enjoy working with children. While professional experience in Flutter development is not mandatory, candidates should possess a willingness to learn and effectively communicate with students. To support our instructors, we provide bootstrap training for qualified candidates, ensuring they are well-prepared to engage with students. Our teaching approach emphasizes maintaining a low teacher-student ratio (approximately 1:1 or 1:3) whenever possible, allowing for a more personalized and meaningful learning experience. Instructors will lead weekly project-based Flutter classes and guide students through the process of publishing their apps on Google Play or the Apple Store. Additionally, instructors will be involved in Flutter curriculum development and app prototyping, contributing to the overall educational experience.
