Coding Minds Academy - Diamond Bar, CA

We are looking for passionate Flutter coding instructors to teach project-based K-12 students in after-school programs, weekend workshops, and camps. The ideal candidate does not need to be a professional in Flutter development but should be willing to learn and effectively communicate with students. We will provide bootstrap training for qualified candidates, although experience in Flutter and mobile development is preferred. Our academy maintains a low teacher-student ratio (about 1:1 or 1:3) whenever possible, ensuring that students and instructors remain together throughout an entire course for a meaningful learning experience. Instructors will lead weekly project-based Flutter classes and guide students in publishing their apps on Google Play or the Apple Store. Additionally, instructors will be involved in Flutter curriculum development and app prototyping, contributing to a hands-on learning environment that emphasizes real-world application development. This role is not only about teaching but also about inspiring the next generation of programmers and fostering a love for coding among students of all ages. At Coding Minds Academy, we believe in the learn-by-doing philosophy, which means that all of our coding curricula involve the development of real-world applications, such as robotics, mobile apps, and games. This position offers a unique opportunity to enrich your own resume with published applications in the Apple Store and Google Play, while also improving your communication skills and ability to break down complex topics for students.
