About the position

The FMS Acquisition Manager at HX5, LLC is responsible for supporting the Foreign Military Sales Directorate at Robins Air Force Base. This role requires expert knowledge in various areas including Foreign Military Sales, technology transfer, and program management. The manager will oversee the development and maintenance of project management documents, financial management, and logistics support, ensuring compliance with U.S. government regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain expert knowledge in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Assistance (SA).
• Assist in maintaining and updating program/project management documents.
• Develop standard plans and operating instructions/procedures.
• Manage financial aspects of projects and develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Identify, assess, and document acquisition and logistics resource requirements.
• Evaluate and respond to Letters of Request (LOR).
• Formulate Letter of Offer and Acceptance Data (LOAD) and Manpower Requirements Packages (MRP).

Requirements

• High school diploma with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience and five (5) years of DoD experience, or a Bachelor's degree with ten (10) years of relevant experience and three (3) years of DoD experience.
• Valid U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency.
• Ability to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance within six (6) months of start date.
