About the position
ITC Defense is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Management Systems Analyst to support Digital Modernization efforts for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Logistics activities within Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). This role involves working in an Agile team to gather requirements, manage data, develop SharePoint solutions, and potentially advance into Microsoft Power Platform development.
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer requirements gathering for SharePoint development.
- Collaborate with the team to implement SharePoint solutions that meet business requirements.
- Serve as the main interface with customers to communicate feature development and status updates.
- Participate in data interpretation, validation, and verification from legacy tools to new SharePoint solutions.
- Conduct user test scenarios and provide feedback to the development team.
- Assist in the development of user guides and participate in end-user training.
- Utilize training resources to gain proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform technologies.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Use data modeling techniques to build Power BI-based dashboards.
- Integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques.
