About The Position
The FOCUS Center Scheduler position at V2X involves creating and maintaining maintenance and training project schedules, ensuring resource allocation, performance assessments, and reporting. The role requires scheduling maintenance at the regional level for sites aligned with the FOCUS Center and applying resources across the sites as needed to support maintenance and training activities. The Scheduler will perform Schedule Quality Assurance reviews, collect and implement schedule status, provide critical path analysis, and prepare monthly reports on resource utilization. Communication with stakeholders regarding schedule impacts and corrective actions is essential, as well as presenting the master schedule during Program/Project Management meetings. The position also involves establishing and enforcing schedule guidelines, evaluating process improvements, supporting TDP schedule development, and drafting various communications.
