About the position

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining establishment, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with health regulations. This role involves managing staff, training employees, and maintaining inventory, while also addressing guest complaints and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the dining outlets including restaurant, in-room dining, cafe, pool, rooftop, and meeting room.
  • Train, evaluate, and motivate staff to meet service standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction with food quality and service.
  • Oversee inventory management for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations.
  • Plan daily activities for outlet operations and maintain visibility in operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in hotel/restaurant management preferred.
  • 4 years of previous management experience in Food & Beverage fine dining.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • TIPS certification and Serve Safe certification required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and food & beverage computer systems.
