About the position

The Food and Beverage Purchasing Manager at Bank of America Stadium is responsible for overseeing purchasing, warehousing, and inventory management activities. This role involves implementing best practices, driving supply chain process improvements, and ensuring the quality of food and beverage offerings at the stadium. The manager will collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure accurate and safe product delivery while maintaining optimal inventory levels and team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving and distribution process by collaborating with operations and culinary teams to ensure accuracy and safe delivery of product.
• Manages on-hand inventory to optimize stock on hand and minimize loss, including product rotation and regularly scheduled inventory counts.
• Manages, hires, schedules, and trains hourly warehouse team members.
• Ensures team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook.
• Develops a thorough understanding of menus, products, packaging, and pricing of all stadium food and beverage offerings.
• Establishes rapport with team members, management, and partners.
• Employs stellar safety and sanitation practices.
• Safeguards and maintains all purchasing/warehouse equipment.
• Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing and/or Receiving/Distribution required.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality or similar is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
