About the position
The Juicerista Team Lead at Naturel Juicing is a leadership role focused on juicing, preparing fresh smoothies, bowls, and other menu items while also taking customer orders. This position involves working closely with the Manager to train new hires and manage various operational tasks, including inventory management and maintaining standards in the workspace.
Responsibilities
- Juicing and preparing fresh smoothies, bowls, and other menu items.
- Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service.
- Training new hires alongside the Manager.
- Managing inventory and tracking perishable supplies.
- Ensuring the workspace meets all operational standards.
