About the position

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests at our hotel start their day on a positive note by providing exceptional breakfast service. This position involves preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet in a clean and organized manner
• Maintain food safety standards and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
• Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
• Keep the breakfast area stocked with fresh food items throughout service hours
• Clear tables and clean the breakfast area during and after service
• Provide friendly and efficient guest service to enhance their dining experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in breakfast is preferred but not required
• Food Safety (1 year)
• Hospitality (1 year)
• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Required)
• Ability to relocate to Auburn Hills, MI 48326 before starting work (Required)
• English language proficiency (Required)
