About the position

The Food/Beverage Brand Operations Manager will lead and maintain the operations of food and beverage brands within the company. This role requires a strong leader with integrity and attention to detail, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service, and managing a team effectively. The manager will also be involved in implementing new technologies and maintaining safety and sanitation standards across multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team and deliver constructive feedback when necessary
  • Report to the CEO and work independently on day-to-day operations
  • Motivate all employees to provide excellent service at the lowest cost
  • Keep up with new technology and determine the best long-term solutions for the company while staying within budget
  • Ensure that stores are clean, sanitary, and safe at all times
  • Maintain the store's ingredients by ensuring everything is fresh and in-stock
  • Discuss customer feedback with the team and develop ways to improve
  • Become familiar with food and beverage menus
  • Arrange for adequate personnel training and maintain an effective installation and maintenance schedule for beverage-serving robots
  • Manage multiple activities in a rapidly changing technological environment
  • Select competent staff in accordance with legal, corporate, and department hiring guidelines
  • Develop an effective staff by motivating, training, performance managing, and evaluating employees
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Conduct recurring results analysis, develop action plans, and drive initiatives to improve performance metrics
  • Implement and monitor the Corporate Safety Program within the District
  • Contribute to the development of the annual capital plan by working closely with the Technician Department
  • Direct implementation of new procedures or modifications to existing procedures
  • Ensure exemplary customer service by all employees within the District
  • Contribute to the company's financial objectives through efficient administration of sales marketing programs
  • Provide input to sales on new products for the service area
  • Maintain a valid Health card

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience
  • Experience or understanding of running multiple store locations and franchises
  • Experience in a coffee or boba tea store, familiar with food and beverage processes
  • Knowledge in safety, health, and other regulations
  • Basic knowledge of boba tea, coffee items, and food preparation
  • Knowledge of sanitation guidelines
  • Open to learning new things and have a passion for technology
