About the position

The Food Court Attendant at Three Rivers Casino is responsible for providing exceptional guest service in the Food Court area. This role involves working as a cashier, delivering food orders to guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the Food Court. The attendant plays a key role in creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the Food Court and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain full knowledge of Food Court offerings and updated specials.
• Process payments and monitor cash drawer for organization and balance.
• Run food orders from Food Court outlets to guests' tables, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Promptly clean and reset tables for the next guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Food Court and service area.
• Complete all required side work as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate exceptional guest service with a positive attitude towards guests and team members.
• Follow the F&B department health and personal hygiene policy.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a Food Handlers Card/OLCC License within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Comply with pre-employment, random, and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.
• Receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission.
• Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
