About the position

The Food & Beverage Hospitality Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service and world-class hospitality at the Spinning Room restaurant. This role involves leading the restaurant operations, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere for guests, and managing team members effectively. The manager will also oversee financial aspects, including expense management and inventory control, while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and hospitality to all guests.
  • Select, develop, train, and validate all team members.
  • Maintain a fun and professional work environment based on company values.
  • Prepare a plan for continuing education for team members.
  • Ensure all team members are current with performance reviews.
  • Complete accurate weekly inventories and extend them into COGS.
  • Organize and code invoices to the correct categories.
  • Establish par levels and control operational and supply expenses.
  • Host wine tastings and assist with menu development.

Requirements

  • 3 years of similar experience in hospitality management.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Strong people skills and a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves
