About the position

The Food & Beverage Hospitality Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant's front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality. This role involves managing team members, overseeing event management, and maintaining operational standards while fostering a positive work environment. The manager will report to the market partner and/or General Manager, focusing on financial management, team development, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and hospitality to all guests.
  • Select, develop, train, and validate all team members.
  • Maintain a fun and professional work environment.
  • Prepare a plan for continuing education for team members.
  • Ensure all team members are current with reviews.
  • Complete accurate weekly inventories on time.
  • Organize and code invoices to the correct categories.
  • Establish bar par levels and control supply expenses.
  • Plan special events and develop drink specials.
  • Assist with menu development.

Requirements

  • 3 years of similar experience in hospitality management.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Strong people skills and a great attitude.
