About the position

The Pump Food Court Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food court environment. This role involves taking customer orders, preparing food according to company specifications, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to food handling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly manner and takes customer orders.
• Prepares food to company specifications and presents meals professionally.
• Handles cash register functions, including collecting payments and giving change.
• Ensures customer satisfaction with meals served.
• Completes prep work and stocking for the next shift.
• Cleans and maintains customer work areas and dining areas.
• Provides friendly and competent customer service.
• Reports to work in a timely manner with regular attendance.
• Assists in other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Food court experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to read and follow product specification guidelines.
• Ability to count change back to customers accurately.
• Must be trainable or have cash register experience.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals safely.
• Reliable transportation and phone are necessary.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, or any shift needed.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
