The Food Manufacturing Production Helper plays a crucial role in assisting staff members with day-to-day operations in a food manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to work in varying conditions, including hot or cold temperatures and noisy environments. The Helper must be able to follow written procedures and take direction from lead staff, other team members, and supervisors. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, as the individual will be expected to collaborate effectively with others. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing facility, although this is preferred rather than mandatory. Essential functions include frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, verifying product ingredients, and documenting necessary records while ensuring compliance with company policies on food safety and product quality.
