The Good Eating Company, a division of Sodexo, is seeking a Food Operations Manager for a high-profile client in Atlanta, GA. This position is integral to our mission of setting the definitive standard in workplace dining. The Food Operations Manager will oversee the total unit operating responsibilities, ensuring that all aspects of food service are executed to the highest standards. In this role, the Food Operations Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the food service unit, which includes managing food quality, service delivery, and maintaining client and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will create a positive work environment for employees and ensure that the services provided match the contemporary and beautiful workplace of the future that our clients have established. The position requires a candidate who is passionate about food and has the ability to drive food innovation, crafting authentic chef-driven programs at each location. The Food Operations Manager will also be tasked with training and directing a talented and diverse staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped to deliver superior hospitality and customer service.
