Oversee the operations of a 75 seat cafeteria and a Starbucks kiosk.
Share responsibility for the patient kitchen and an off-campus kitchen, focusing on food production.
Deliver high quality food services including retail, catering, and patient meal management operations.
Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
Ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance.
Interact daily with patients, their families, and the clinical team to ensure patient satisfaction.
Ensure Sodexo standards are met.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
3 years of management experience.
3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, and institutional services.

Strong employee engagement leadership skills.
Culinary production experience.
Background in safety and sanitation compliance.
Ability to drive employee success to enhance the value of the food and nutrition team.
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
