The Food Operations Manager 2 at Sodexo will oversee the operations of a cafeteria and a Starbucks kiosk at Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley in Pleasanton, CA.   • Oversee the operations of a 75 seat cafeteria and a Starbucks kiosk.
  • Share responsibility for the patient kitchen and an off-campus kitchen, focusing on food production.
  • Deliver high quality food services including retail, catering, and patient meal management operations.
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
  • Ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance.
  • Interact daily with patients, their families, and the clinical team to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure Sodexo standards are met.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • 3 years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, and institutional services.
  • Strong employee engagement leadership skills.
  • Culinary production experience.
  • Background in safety and sanitation compliance.
  • Ability to drive employee success to enhance the value of the food and nutrition team.
