We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Worker to join our team at Antonio Bachour in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. As a Food Preparation Worker, you will play a crucial role in our culinary operations, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests. You will be expected to prepare and cook food items as needed, adhering to recipes and presentation standards, while also assisting with menu planning to ensure that all dietary requirements are met. In addition to food preparation, you will maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and handling standards. Your responsibilities will include helping with food preparation and plating for catering events and daily operations, assisting with knife work, chopping, and other food preparation tasks. Providing exceptional customer service is also a key aspect of this role, ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. You will collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new recipes and dishes, and help with inventory management to ensure that all ingredients are stocked and available for use. Participation in food safety training and following all guidelines and protocols is essential to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and take direction from the culinary team.
  • Certification as a dietary aide or food handler is a plus.
