NW Industrial Staffing is seeking individuals for a full-time Food Processing/Packaging position at a food production facility in Junction City, OR. This role involves working night shifts on weekends, specifically Friday through Sunday, and is ideal for those with experience in food service or production environments. The position offers stability, established hours, and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities
- Work in a food production facility on weekends (Friday - Sunday) during night shifts.
- Follow directions in English for food processing and packaging tasks.
- Ensure all food is packaged correctly according to specifications.
- Conduct sanitization protocols in a sterile environment.
- Lift and carry weights between 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a semi-consistent basis.
- Maintain great attendance, punctuality, and work ethics.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in production or food service environment.
- Great math and measurement skills for mixing batches.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Keen eye for detail in food packaging.
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Ability to bend, stand, stoop, push, and pull for a 12-hour shift.
