About the position

The Food Retail Manager III position at Chartwells Higher Education involves overseeing the daily operations of food service at LSU, ensuring adherence to company standards and health regulations. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day service of the operation.
• Plan and supervise special functions.
• Maintain cash controls and payroll records.
• Oversee the hiring of frontline team members.
• Direct and train staff to provide scheduled retail services.
• Complete all daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2 years of retail operational management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Experience with cash retail operations.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
• Associates degree is preferred.

Nice-to-haves
