Food Runner/Busser/Host

About the position

Craftsman Row is seeking a motivated and passionate food runner/busser to support its team during the busy fall and winter seasons. This role involves assisting with food service, bussing tables, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering food to tables promptly and accurately.
• Bus tables and ensure cleanliness in the dining area.
• Support the front-of-house team in maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Perform cleaning duties as required to keep the restaurant tidy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
