About The Position
The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring that food is delivered to guests in a timely manner and that the restaurant operates smoothly. This position reports to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager and involves various tasks including opening and closing side work, delivering food, managing soiled tableware, and responding to guest requests. The Food Runner must communicate effectively with servers and assist them during busy periods, ensuring a high level of customer service.
