Responsibilities

• Prepares and assembles meals according to dietary prescriptions and patient preferences.
• Operates the register according to established procedures, including closing out and depositing correctly.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food service equipment and workstations.
• Performs routine sanitation tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal.
• Completes and maintains documentation for dishmachine temperatures, chemical logs, food temperatures, and pantry supplies.
• Posts menu boards and signage as assigned.
• Prepares and serves food accurately following menu and portion guides.
• Stocks food stations with necessary supplies and inspects china for cleanliness.
• Delivers and picks up food trucks according to schedule and delivers Child Care meals as assigned.
• Adheres to proper food handling methods as required by regulations and guidelines.
